Remembering that God Loves You.

Ephesians 3:16-19 (NIV)
I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

Being real right now. 

 I’m not sure why I struggle with feeling loved but I do. I read this verse and burst into tears. Gods love for me (and you) is so wide, long, high and deep…it surpasses my knowledge. No one can love me like He does. I need to speak this over myself. I need to remind myself of how His love is so deep for me. I need to stand in this love and know who Starla is. My husband, kids, friends and family can not fill my love need….only God can. He loves me. I am a child of God. God can fill my love need. This verse tells me His love for me is beyond my imagination. I am loved! I AM LOVED! 

Let’s shout it from the roof tops! 

Let’s be encouraged and remind ourselves of God’s love and who we are in Christ.  He loves us, takes care of us, has great plans for us and will never leave us. No matter what happens, no matter who is in your life or not in your life, no matter what you have or don’t have, no matter what you look like or don’t look like…God’s love for us is more than we can imagine. 

Take a deep breath and soak up His love for you. Remind yourself every morning of this verse and how God loves you.
