What is Dalgona Coffee
It’s a simple coffee really! The main ingredients are instant coffee, water, sugar, and milk. You beat those ingredients together till it forms soft peaks. That’s it!

How Long Does Chocolate Mint Dalgona Coffee Last
It will last for hours. The Chocolate Mint Dalgona Coffee that I make lasts a while and I was surprised how long it kept its soft peaks. This isn’t a drink to make and serve the next day, however, it will last you a few hours. Or at least mine did.
Can You Use Regular Coffee For Chocolate Mint Dalgona Coffee?
I’ve seen this asked before. I’ve not personally tried using regular coffee in my Dalgona Coffee recipes but RitzyMom says this:
“Yes, however, it’s going to take more work. First, you’ll need a strong coffee to get that flavor punch that instant coffee grounds provide. You will need to brew a shot of this coffee and strain it through a coffee filter or cheesecloth or you will be eating coffee grounds! Then you do have to use 1/4 tsp of meringue powder or it won’t get cloud-like, foamy, and whipped. Also, please be aware it won’t be exactly the same taste as using instant coffee!” RitzyMom

Dalgona coffee is sweet, but also the coffee flavor is still present in a nice subtle way. Dalgona Coffee tastes a bit like coffee ice cream, while the texture was very soft and light, like whipped cream that’s just begun to melt into a mug of hot chocolate.
How Do You Make Dalgona Coffee At Home
Chocolate Mint Dalgona Coffee Recipe
Gather your ingredients for the Mint Chocolate Dalgona Recipe.
Add the instant coffee, hot water and sugar to a mixing bowl.
Using a hand mixer or electric beater, beat ingredients till frothy.
Add a little Chocolate Mint Coffee Cream to the glass with ice.
Pour milk of choice on top of ice and Chocolate Mint Coffee Cream.
Spoon the whipped coffee on top of the iced milk and enjoy immediately!
How To Make Chocolate Mint Dalgona Coffee
Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients: Chocolate Mint Dalgona Coffee Recipe
2 tbsp of instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar (Low Carb: use any granulated sugar substitute)
2 tbsp hot water
International Delight Chocolate Mint Coffee Cream (Low Carb: use Skinny Syrup: Mint Chocolate Chip)
Milk of choice (regular, soy or almond milk)
Ice cubes
Mint Chocolate bar (to crumbled and sprinkle on top)
Instructions: Chocolate Mint Dalgona Coffee Recipe
-Whisk together instant coffee, sugar, and hot water until peaks are formed. (You can use a hand whisk, a hand mixer or a stand mixer. Your choice)
-Fill a glass with ice cubes and top with the desired amount of Chocolate Mint Coffee Cream. If you just want a touch of taste go for a teaspoon, but if you like intense flavors you might want to go with an ounce.
-Top the rest of your cup with your milk of choice.
-Put one to three spoonfuls of the whipped coffee mixture on top.
-Crush mint chocolate bar and sprinkle on top of whipped coffee.
